Leads system-test engineering and operations for aircraft and major hardware, overseeing test campaigns, facilities, teams, and reliability decisions.
What you'll do
- Own multi-month environmental, durability, and replicated-flight test campaigns and use results to inform hardware-release and reliability decisions.
- Hire, lead, and develop test engineers and technicians; set the test-facility roadmap and deliver test assets.
- Develop test plans, operating processes, and software tools for test execution, maintenance, cycle-life counting, and planning.
