About the job
Lead the mechanical engineering team responsible for Dropbox, Zipline’s customer-facing product for loading orders for autonomous pickup, from product architecture and development through production and field performance.
What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, and grow mechanical engineers; hire and set technical direction and execution plans.
- Own Dropbox’s mechanical architecture and roadmap, guiding design, validation, production ramp, and field deployment.
- Partner across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to improve safety, reliability, usability, serviceability, and production scalability.
