Supports internal communications, events, onboarding, employee engagement, and information systems to improve and scale Operations employee experiences.
What you'll do
- Draft, edit, and design Operations communications, ensuring content is clear, consistent, and actionable.
- Plan and support employee experiences and events, including logistics, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Organize internal resources and information systems, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve Operations experiences.
