About the job
Own the administration, reliability, and configuration of Zipline’s Siemens PLM and CAD systems to support engineering workflows.
What you'll do
- Monitor application health, triage incidents, coordinate recovery, and resolve issues with Siemens and development partners.
- Administer users, roles, licenses, and access; maintain development, test, and production environments and validate changes.
- Investigate recurring incidents, deliver preventative fixes, and maintain runbooks and operating procedures.
What they ask for
- Experience supporting enterprise engineering applications in a manufacturing or product-development environment.
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts, CAD/CAE workflows, and engineering toolchains.
- Hands-on experience administering Teamcenter and NX, or comparable engineering applications, including user access and configuration management.
