Plans and coordinates aircraft manufacturing schedules, materials, labor, and shop-floor execution to deliver qualified builds on time across new-product introduction and steady-state production.
What you'll do
- Own production plans, master and short-term schedules, capacity, and ship-date commitments; lead recovery plans when performance falls short.
- Ensure material readiness, manage approved BOM changes and substitutions, and coordinate cross-functional blocker resolution.
- Run daily production cadence, monitor performance metrics, and drive measurable improvements to throughput, WIP, and recovery time.
