Supports real estate site identification, feasibility, approvals, negotiations, and project coordination to help develop sites for Zipline’s delivery network.
What you'll do
- Evaluate markets and potential sites for zoning, utilities, environmental conditions, airspace, and development risks.
- Work with engineering, operations, public agencies, and real estate partners on site criteria, permitting materials, and negotiations.
- Prepare site analyses and deal recommendations, and track project timelines, budgets, and entitlements.
