What you'll do
- Coordinate due diligence, document management, and closing preparations for financing rounds and strategic transactions.
- Support the equity program and equity management platforms; manage entity records, filings, and corporate databases.
- Develop and improve scalable corporate operations systems, processes, documentation, and audit trails.
