Supports Zipline’s real estate and leasing legal function by managing routine lease transactions and building scalable processes for leasing work.
What you'll do
- Manage leasing legal requests and standard lease transactions from intake through execution and post-execution handoff.
- Prepare and coordinate routine lease documents and work with landlords, brokers, counsel, vendors, and internal teams.
- Develop leasing templates and workflows, track transaction deadlines and status, and identify process improvements.
