What you'll do
- Advise leaders on hiring, performance, and promotion decisions; coach managers on feedback, development, difficult conversations, and organizational change.
- Identify team capability gaps and connect employees with development opportunities; collaborate with People Operations and Recruiting to improve the employee experience.
- Handle sensitive employee concerns and help leaders reinforce clear expectations, accountability, and company values.
