About the job
Supports Operations Finance by analyzing operational performance, improving reporting, and developing financial insights for strategic and operational decisions.
What you'll do
- Develop metrics, reporting, forecasts, and financial models; support month-end processes, variance analysis, and KPI reviews.
- Query and analyze operational datasets and build repeatable dashboards and tools.
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams on cost, efficiency, unit economics, scaling, and process improvements.

- High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including building and managing financial models.
- Knowledge of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and core financial analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work with imperfect information.

- Snowflake experience; dbt or modern data stack experience.
- Experience in operational finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or analytics; interest or experience in technology-enabled or operations-heavy industries.
