Leads PCBA supplier development and quality, improving manufacturing processes, production capacity, and product reliability across supplier sites.
What you'll do
- Provide DfM guidance for PCBAs and TLA, and support supplier quotations, line layout, and capacity planning.
- Drive supplier quality and improvement through audits, process control, SCARs, and statistical quality methods.
- Lead CTQ activities for supplier NPIs and validate production processes, testing, and inspection strategies.
What they ask for
- 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, or Manufacturing Engineering focused on PCB/PCBA manufacturing.
- Expertise in PCBA and TLA production processes, including SMT, through-hole soldering, reflow, AOI, ICT, and conformal coating.
- Experience with supplier audits, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong PCBA DFM experience, Gerber viewer proficiency, and data analytics experience using tools such as JMP, Minitab, or R.
Nice to have
- FPC/FPCA experience.
- IPC/ISO internal auditor certification.

USD $130,000 - $190,000 (starting cash range; target starting cash range)
