What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop Technical Recruiting Partners, setting expectations for execution, judgment, and accountability.
- Partner with engineering and program leaders on long-term hiring strategies and talent plans.
- Improve recruiting processes, interview quality, calibration, and operational rigor while scaling the recruiting organization.
