What you'll do
- Set portfolio strategy, KPIs, and decisions about message types, audiences, timing, volume, and channels.
- Run experiments and analyze message performance across applications, activation, retention, unsubscribes, complaints, and revenue.
- Partner with engineering, data science, machine learning, and marketplace teams; protect deliverability, sender reputation, compliance, and opt-in/opt-out systems.
