Sr. Product Manager, Identity & Apply

What you'll do

• Set product strategy and KPIs for job seeker profiles and the application funnel; improve profile completeness, application conversion, and retention through experimentation.
• Align employer, engineering, trust and safety, legal, and other teams on a shared roadmap and resolve competing requirements.
• Conduct job seeker research and partner with employer-side teams to improve application quality and delivery to employer systems.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of delivering results.
• Experience owning and improving a high-volume consumer funnel through sustained experimentation.
• Shipped machine-learning-powered product features and can evaluate them before and after launch.
• Strong technical range across UI/UX, shared platforms, APIs, MCPs, and model quality and failure modes.

Nice to have

• Experience at a two-sided marketplace or building consumer-scale profile, identity, or data-collection products.
• Experience delivering across web, iOS, and Android, or with applicant tracking systems and other B2B integrations.

Pay

USD $175,000-235,000 base salary
