About the job
Own and improve the reliability, automation, and evolution of Zoo’s core platform systems, with a focus on backend, infrastructure, and system-level engineering.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain reliable, scalable core services, infrastructure, integrations, and operational tooling.
- Improve observability, monitoring, alerting, security controls, and developer workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues across backend, infrastructure, and occasionally frontend systems, from diagnosis through resolution.
