Build and operate production machine-learning systems that predict customer expansion and churn to inform revenue strategy.
What you'll do
- Build, deploy, retrain, and monitor machine-learning models and pipelines for customer expansion likelihood and churn risk.
- Analyze product usage and telemetry, run experiments, and provide recommendations to guide product and revenue decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate model findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
