Own and improve Zoom’s performance management and talent-planning systems, connecting processes, technology, data, and learning experiences to support employee growth and business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Design and implement performance processes, including quarterly check-ins, goal setting, feedback, evaluation, and recognition.
- Build talent planning and succession processes, including talent reviews and leadership pipeline development.
- Set the performance technology roadmap and create manager enablement materials and learning experiences, using data to measure and improve adoption and impact.
