What you'll do
- Provide PO and receipt data for month-end close, identify unreceived goods and services for accrual, and conduct Forecast vs. Actuals analysis.
- Review requisitions and purchase orders for accounting-policy and budget compliance; resolve issues and escalate discrepancies.
- Track committed spend, compliance metrics, and open-PO cleanup; guide requesters on procurement requirements and accounting policy.
