What you'll do
- Build and manage the executive search function and team, including internal research capabilities and succession planning.
- Lead full-cycle Director+ searches, including sourcing, candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing.
- Advise senior leaders on talent planning and hiring, using market mapping, competitive intelligence, and process improvements.
