Lead Analytics Engineer – Enterprise, Data & AI

What you'll do

• Design and maintain a unified semantic model for stakeholders, AI agents, self-serve analytics, and executive dashboards.
• Work with Data & AI Engineers and business leaders to build scalable, accurate enterprise data solutions.
• Establish modeling, testing, version-control, documentation, and observability standards for reliable data pipelines.

What they ask for

• 10+ years in Data Engineering & Analytics, including hands-on semantic framework development with Python, SQL, and modern orchestration frameworks.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying AI generated code.
• Extensive experience building enterprise-grade data models with modern data stacks.
• Deep understanding of data structures in large-scale enterprise platforms and experience reconciling disparate schemas.

Nice to have

• Experience using LLMs for data reconciliation, anomaly detection, or root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Streamlit for self-service analytics.

USD 230,000–315,000 per-year-salary (base salary)

AI focus

Build AI-ready datasets for AI agents and business workflows; support accurate, low-latency querying of enterprise knowledge; deploy AI-generated code. Bonus work includes using LLMs for data reconciliation, anomaly detection, or root-cause analysis.
