Build and lead a company-wide S&OP process that aligns fleet demand with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and financial plans.
What you'll do
- Design and run S&OP governance, monthly planning reviews, scenario planning, and executive alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning across Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations; drive decisions on risks, constraints, and trade-offs.
- Track planning metrics and improve planning processes, tools, reporting, and executive communications.
