About the job

Designs and deploys vision models that interpret passengers, objects, and behaviors inside autonomous vehicles, from data curation through evaluation and production deployment.

What you'll do

  • Own a model or feature end to end, including data curation, labeling guidelines, training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Set model quality through rigorous evaluation and error analysis, while meeting real-time and compute constraints.
  • Partner with product, operations, safety, and vehicle software teams to define model specifications, metrics, and validation plans.

What they ask for

  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field.
  • Deep computer vision and deep learning expertise for image and video understanding, including detection, pose and action recognition, and fine-grained classification.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
  • Experience with vision-language models or foundation-model backbones, auto-labeling or synthetic data, and the full ML lifecycle on real-world data.

Nice to have

  • In-cabin or occupant monitoring experience, ideally with multi-camera or fisheye imagery and low-light conditions.
  • Experience deploying models to real-time, resource-constrained systems using TensorRT / ONNX or similar; C++ proficiency.
