What you'll do
- Lead and manage Zoox and contingent workforce teams responsible for test and service fleets.
- Oversee fleet deployment, maintenance tracking, service coverage, and site operations; establish and monitor operational KPIs.
- Improve operations and rider experience through change leadership and collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
