Manager, Technical Product Management – Autonomy Integration

What you'll do

• Hire, manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4–5 Technical Product Managers.
• Set portfolio strategy and prioritization, and oversee cluster roadmaps, readiness criteria, safety, and performance metrics.
• Translate operational feedback, risks, and cross-functional trade-offs into roadmaps and executive updates.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of technical product management experience, including 3+ years directly managing a team of 4 or more technical product managers.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and manage performance, including developing individual contributors into more senior roles.
• Technical field degree or equivalent practical experience, with depth to engage in architecture and trade-off discussions across perception, planning/controls, or comparable domains.
• Proven strategy, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to turn ambiguity into product visions and team frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience developing robotics products or autonomous vehicle software; background in computer vision, perception, or ML-driven systems.
• Experience scaling product management through a research-to-commercial-launch transition, or in another regulated or safety-critical industry.

USD 231,000–281,000 per-year-salary (base salary)
