Oversee the full lifecycle of Zoox capital design and construction projects, from site due diligence and planning through commissioning, occupancy, and close-out.
What you'll do
- Lead multiple capital construction projects from initiation through close-out.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, estimates, value engineering, change orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate project programs and procurement, and manage entitlements, permits, contracts, and executive reporting.
