Senior/Staff Technical Product Manager, Operational Design Domain (ODD) Tools

What you'll do

• Set the platform vision and roadmap; evolve ODD control toward scalable, policy-driven configuration.
• Define validation gates, guardrails, and quality metrics for Plan of Record and road-attribute data.
• Drive product discovery and delivery, including PRDs, prioritization, alpha validation, release quality, stakeholder alignment, and KPI reporting.

• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience, preferably with complex, data-heavy internal tools or enterprise-scale platforms.
• Ability to discuss system architecture and data models with senior engineers.
• Proven experience defining validation, metrics, and quality bars for data used in high-stakes decisions.
• Proven ability to prioritize and ship incremental value, and to build consensus and secure engineering investment across organizations.

Nice to have

• Technical fluency with geospatial data, road networks, map data models, APIs, and data pipelines; GIS and spatial-data tools such as PostGIS or GeoJSON, and SQL analytics such as Databricks.
• Experience with AI/ML, robotics, or autonomous vehicle products; automated data mining or ML-based attribute extraction; or distributed engineering teams.

USD 212,000–267,000 per year (base salary)
