Leads a third-shift Fusion Center Operations team supporting autonomous vehicle missions, TeleOps workflows, and Fleet Operations.
What you'll do
- Lead and coach operators, set team targets, provide performance feedback, and support service escalations.
- Improve team safety and operational efficiency while coordinating with Fleet Operations leaders, other Team Leads, and project managers.
- Build expertise in TeleOps, Mission Control, and Rider Support software; support missions and help contractors understand their assignments.
