Leads the Service Platform team building and maintaining infrastructure and systems that support the reliability, scalability, and operation of Zoox’s autonomous ride-hailing service.
What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers; allocate resources and support their work.
- Provide technical guidance and track KPIs to improve system reliability, performance, scalability, observability, security, and release processes.
- Partner with other teams to deliver tested solutions and ensure smooth integration and deployment.
