What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop overnight technical staff and contract personnel, while supporting schedules and performance tracking.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, rework, technical escalations, and process improvements; analyze fleet data to help prevent downtime.
- Direct software and firmware deployment, vehicle intake and pre-mission checks, and vehicle logistics across sites.
