Director, Professional Services & Consulting

What you'll do

• Lead and grow delivery consultants, project managers, and resident engineers supporting public-sector deployments.
• Oversee complex Zero Trust rollouts and align delivery with public-sector security and compliance standards.
• Manage capacity, utilization, margins, backlog, and forecasting; serve as a senior escalation point for customers and strategic partners.

What they ask for

• Demonstrated ability to use modern AI tools and technologies to improve workflow efficiency, delivery execution, and productivity.
• 10+ years leading and scaling Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Customer Delivery organizations in enterprise software, cloud networking, or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of direct people-management experience, including people managers and senior technical or engagement leads.
• US citizenship and an active US Government Top Secret clearance, or one active within the past 24 months.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven delivery frameworks, predictive analytics, or automation for professional services operations and public-sector outcomes.
• Technical familiarity with SASE, SSE, ZTNA, SWG, and cloud workload protection; relevant certifications or experience developing service offerings and partner-led delivery programs.

Pay

$199,500 — $285,000 USD (base salary)
