What you'll do
- Own global AR, Credit & Collections process architecture, controls, KPIs, and operational outcomes.
- Lead the India OTC COE and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address upstream order issues and improve cash-chain performance.
- Drive transformation through automation and analytics across billing exceptions, cash application, collections, disputes, and related workflows.
