Senior Director, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

What you'll do

• Develop investor-facing materials, including quarterly earnings scripts and Q&A, and communicate the company’s strategy and growth drivers.
• Manage investor and analyst relationships, investor targeting, events, roadshows, and feedback to executives.
• Support strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning.

What they ask for

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML, experience positioning AI-driven product pipelines, and use of modern analytics tools to optimize IR workflows.
• 12+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models.
• Strong financial modeling skills and a BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Established relationships with cybersecurity, software, or infrastructure analysts and buy-side portfolio managers.
• CFA designation; experience with predictive AI, advanced sentiment analysis, or quantitative modeling for investor relations.

$217,000 — $310,000 USD (base salary)
