Principal Solutions Architect

What you'll do

• Advise partners and customers on Zyphra’s models, lead technical discovery, and support evaluation, deployment, expansion, and commercial conversion.
• Create and deliver technical narratives, demos, evaluation frameworks, and reusable integration and deployment assets.
• Synthesize customer and partner feedback for research and product teams, and represent Zyphra at industry and technical events.

What they ask for

• Deep technical fluency in at least one relevant domain, such as large language models, multimodal AI, speech and audio synthesis, brain-computer interfaces, or agentic AI.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and accurately to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in a customer-facing, partner-facing, or commercially oriented technical role, solutions architecture, applied research, developer relations, technical business development, or equivalent.
• Strong commercial judgment, collaboration skills, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• PhD in machine learning, computer science, neuroscience, or a closely related field; candidates with a Master’s degree and demonstrated research depth will also be considered.
• Research contributions, model evaluation or production deployment experience, developer-facing GTM exposure, enterprise AI knowledge, or familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and Cursor.
